Ampere Analysis, 2026
$389.8B

Spent on licensed products in 2025. The money made after the movie, by whoever owns the IP.

Licensing International, 2026 study

Owned IP is the scarce asset.

Platforms spend billions renting content. The owner collects on every format, territory and product, for decades.

Incentives cushion the downside.

Our current slate shoots with 30% to 45% production incentives behind the equity.

Hits pay in multiples.

End of Watch made $57M on a $7M budget. One breakout title can carry a slate.

Track record

Proven at the box office. $500M+ and counting.

Hits for the studios. Ownership for us. This team has delivered studio-scale films distributed by Sony Pictures Classics, Netflix, Apple TV and Prime. The value went to the studios. Now the same team owns the IP, and our investors own it with us.

The model

We develop, acquire, produce, scale and monetize IP.

Scalable IP we own. Studios rent stories to platforms. We own ours, and build every title to earn from the screen, the shelf, the stage and the brand partner. One story, many paychecks.

  1. 01DevelopWe create the IP, so we own it.

Original scripts written with a brand, product or experience inside the story.

For youYou get in at the ground floor, at creation cost, not studio price.

  2. 02AcquireWe buy great stories and own them outright.

No renting from studios or platforms. Rebel controls every title it raises for.

For youThe upside stays with the title, and your equity shares in it.

  3. 03ProduceWe make it ourselves.

Rebel produces its own films and series, from development through delivery, in Los Angeles and on location worldwide.

For youYour capital goes on screen, run by producers with studio credits.

  4. 04ScaleStars turn a script into a global asset.

A-list talent, international sales, sequels, series and live tours put each world in front of millions.

For youEvery star and territory added raises what the title sells for.

  5. 05MonetizeOne title. Many paychecks.

Box office, streaming, licensing, product lines, live events and brand partners.

For youEvery stream pays the title. You get 120% back first, then the backend.

Proof, not projection.

The content sells the product. The product unlocks the content. Our own series already run on this model: HOT AF seasoning ships with Better Than Sex, SimpMart launched off Lonely Fans, and Jolly Jam 98 arrives with its own apparel line, New Terrain.

The business

How value is created, in plain English.

Rebel develops, produces and owns entertainment IP, and builds each title to earn from more than one source: the box office, streaming, products, live events and brand partners. Investors put equity into a specific title, or across several, and are paid from what those titles earn.

Follow the capital · From your commitment to a distribution

  1. 01

    Capital enters a title

You commit equity to one title’s equity pool, or across the open slate. Minimums run from $250,000.

  2. 02

    It finances the production

Equity funds production alongside any other sources for that title, such as production incentives. Each title’s sources-and-uses is shared in private review.

  3. 03

    The title creates rights

Rebel controls the film and the brands written into it. The offering documents define which rights and revenues belong to the title’s equity pool.

  4. 04

    The title earns

Distribution and licensing, and where the title’s documents include them, products, live events and brand partners.

  5. 05

    Investors are paid

Equity investors recoup together, pari passu, to 120% of capital invested, then share in backend profits from the equity pool.

Questions investors ask

Straight answers.

What exactly would I be investing in?

Equity in a specific title’s equity pool, or a position across several open titles. Each title has its own offering documents that define what the equity covers.

How do investors get paid?

You get your money back plus 20% first, pari passu with every other equity investor. Then you share in the backend profits from the equity pool. The full waterfall is in the offering documents.

What is the minimum?

$250,000 for Urban Explorers, $500,000 for Fast Life, Emerald City and Jolly Jam 98, and $1,000,000 for Unhappily Married.

Can I invest across several titles?

Yes. Investors can take a position in one title or across the open slate. Slate positions get the widest exposure across the fund.

Who can invest?

Accredited and qualified investors. Eligibility is confirmed when subscription documents go out.

What happens after I request a meeting?

Lauren Bennett, Rebel’s Head of New Business, reviews each request and replies by email to arrange a conversation. Detailed materials are shared after an NDA.
